OFFICIAL NPCs

Members who find themselves frequently using the same NPC's in their posts and with their characters will now be able to claim them and record them in detail for the rest of the site to be aware of, without having to actually make them a full character. This is handy for people who want their NPC's to be viewed a certain way, as this will allow those NPC's to have faceclaims. NPC's in this directory will also be add into the information pages--however, they will be excluded from having effect on such things as bans and restrictions. Please note that, as they will be added to the information pages, they can only claim available spots.
Also, in relations to the, well, 'Relations' section of the app, if you want your character to have an affiliation with a site NPC then you're free to go ahead and fix it up with your profile, and we'll simply add you in on the character's relations list if the relation is pass - basically, if you're on the relations list, you see what the character thinks of your character.
You may do this for both Site, and Player NPCs (as they're still NPCs either way).

There are a few rules to having an official NPC:

1. They CANNOT be Noah/Innocence Compatibles, due to that fact positions are limited and once we have all of them, there can be no more.
   
2. They CANNOT be branch heads unless given permission.
   
3. They CANNOT have their own cellphone, im, thread tracker or plot pages.
   
4. They CANNOT participate in the game threads.
   
5. They CANNOT thread in a role-play thread all by themselves.
   
6. They CANNOT be used as tools to sneak around the rules. IE, godmodding.

Finally, each member's character can only have three official NPC's each. ONLY THREE. Be aware also that these NPCs WILL undergo the same treatments as normal characters, activity-check-wise, since important/popular face claims may be taken, meaning you must have them interacting in the required amount of posts like every other character as well.
If your character is removed, your NPCs will be removed too, to free up the FCs. Now please PM the following template with all of your NPCs (each has their own template) to me:
